On 8th July 2014, our Public Engagement Programme Manager, Dr Cat Muller, was filmed conducting weather activities at Kenmont Primary School in London as part of a KS1/2 science education project led by Twig World in conjunction with Imperial College London and Lord Professor Robert Winston. The filming will be included in one of 30 ‘courses’ that will make up a CPD resource for primary school teachers, with the aim of improving the quality of science lessons around the world. Prof Joanna Haigh was also interviewed for the film segment that will form part of the ‘Planet Earth and Space’ module, with elements of ‘Working Scientifically’.
